Ezekiel Elliott, NFLPA to request 'en banc' hearing

ESPN's Adam Schefter is reporting the NFLPA will request an "en banc" hearing on behalf of Dallas Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliott. (Adam Schefter on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Per Schefter, an en banc hearing is "a hearing of the full panel of judges with the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in New Orleans." Although unlikely at this point, the before mentioned hearing will likely give Elliott the greatest chance of remaining on the field. The NFLPA will request that Elliott's six-game suspension, which is presently reinstated, remain at a stay while his application for the en banc is under review. The NFLPA has 14 days to file.
