Matt Forte rushes for 22 yards, grabs eight catches in loss

Matt Forte was busy on Sunday during the Jets’ Week 6 home loss, as he had eight catches for 59 yards, including a long reception of 15 yards. Forte also rushed for 22 yards on nine carries, with a long run of seven yards.
Fantasy Impact:
Forte looks to be healthy, as he kept busy and stayed on the field for most of the game with the Jets playing from behind. At this point, it’s musical chairs with this Jets backfield in any given week. Assuming all backs are healthy, the pecking order seems to be a 50/50 split between Forte and Bilal Powell, with Elijah McGuire spelling the two. So you’ll have to play the matchups and take a “wait and see” approach on a weekly basis. The Jets play a division game on the road against the Miami Dolphins in Week 7.
