Myles Garrett picks up fourth sack

Cleveland Browns defensive end Myles Garrett turned in a solid game against the Tennessee Titans in Week 7. He finished with four tackles, including his fourth sack of the season.
Fantasy Impact:
This was Garrett's first game as a full-time player as the Browns brought him back slowly from a preseason high ankle sprain. He has been as advertised, logging 11 tackles and four sacks in his three games played. He will look to keep it going in Week 8 against the Minnesota Vikings.
