Robby Anderson leads Jets receivers in targets for second consecutive week
by Mike Esposito | Dolphins Correspondent | Mon, Oct 23rd 11:29am EDT
Robby Anderson caught three of five targets for 35 yards and a touchdown in the Jets’ Week 7 loss to the Miami Dolphins.
Fantasy Impact:
Anderson bailed out fantasy owners early thanks to an 18-yard touchdown reception in the first quarter, but was relatively quiet for the remainder of the afternoon. The second-year receiver’s recent uptick in targets is an encouraging sign, but fantasy owners should still be wary due to his week-to-week inconsistency. Anderson should be considered WR4 or a boom-bust flex play for desperate fantasy owners against a tough Atlanta Falcons secondary next week.
