Wendell Smallwood returns but has quiet night Monday

Wendell Smallwood returned to the active roster on Monday night after missing time due to a knee injury, but he rushed for just 25 yards and eight carries and added two catches for 14 yards.
Fantasy Impact:
Smallwood looked healthy on Monday night, but he split time with Blount, Clement, and Barner and has a fairly low fantasy ceiling as long as there is an emphasis on a running back rotation in Philadelphia. Their running backs are mostly touchdown-dependent at this point, and Clement is the only back who got into the end zone this week.
