Emmanuel Sanders may return for Week 8

Denver Broncos beat writer Mike Klis is reporting wide receiver Emmanuel Sanders (ankle) has a "chance" to play in Week 8. (Mike Klis on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact:

Sanders, who was inactive for last week's loss to the Chargers with an ankle injury, is considered "day-to-day" moving forward. As a result of the upgrade, he has a shot to return for Sunday's encounter with Kansas City. If Sanders is unable to dress, Bennie Fowler will continue to start opposite Demaryius Thomas. With a reeling passing attack led by Trevor Siemian, though, the Broncos' pass-catchers are risky fantasy options until the offense shows improvement. However, since the Chiefs' defense presents a favorable matchup, Week 8 could be a get-right game, at least production-wise, for the Denver offense.
