Ezekiel Elliott denied injunction

by Anthony Cervino | Patriots Correspondent | Mon, Oct 30th 10:27pm EDT

According to CBS Sports legal correspondent Amy Dash, Southern District Judge Katherine Failla has denied Dallas Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliott's preliminary injunction on Monday. (Amy Dash on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact:

Shocker. Elliott's suspension is back in effect. However, his next step will likely be yet another appeal with the 2nd Circuit within the next 24 hours with the hopes of being granted an en banc hearing. From a fantasy perspective, it finally looks like he is in danger of missing game-action in his upcoming matchup against Kansas City. In that scenario, expect Darren McFadden and Alfred Morris to handle the Cowboys' RB duties while this process plays out.
