Watkins was lucky the Giants blew their coverage on his lone reception of the game, turning what would've been another invisible fantasy performance into a solid one. Goff really doesn't look in Watkins' direction often, and the former Bills wideout has only topped 10 fantasy points twice all season. Watkins is the definition of a boom or bust player, but usually you can expect him to be the latter.
