Fantasy Impact:
Forte had his best game of the season last week against the Bills, but complained of swelling in his knee this week and couldn't practice. His absence is a huge boost to Bilal Powell, who becomes a solid RB2 play, and Elijah McGuire, who should get plenty of work, too.
