Paul Perkins active but only sees special teams snaps in Week 10

Paul Perkins played in his first game since going out to a rib injury in Week 4 but was only seen on special teams. Perkins did not have a carry or reception.
Fantasy Impact:
Perkins has clearly fallen out of favor in the Giants' runningback rotation. The only way for him to be of any fantasy relevance would be if one or two injuries befell the runners ahead of him on the depth chart.
