Fantasy Impact:
Dealing with the lingering symptoms of a concussion earlier in the week, Rivers was cleared by an independent neurologist to play in Sunday's matchup against the Bills. While the Bills' defense played well at times this season, they've been exploited in recent weeks. Rivers is a shaky mid-tiered QB2 for Week 11.
