Charles Clay catches three passes, almost scores

by Keith Kraska | Sun, Nov 19th 7:42pm EST

Charles Clay caught three passes for 27 yards Sunday for the Bills at the Los Angeles Chargers. He was targeted four times.

Fantasy Impact:

Clay almost scored a touchdown twice in the fourth quarter: One was called back because he pushed down a defender, and on the next play, he dropped the ball in the end zone. The biggest news for Clay was a knee injury suffered by recently acquired receiver Kelvin Benjamin, who was carted back to the locker room on the Bills' first drive. If Benjamin misses time, Clay could return to being a favorite target of Tyrod Taylor -- assuming Taylor regains his job following Nathan Peterman's five-interception first half. Hang on to Clay if you have him, and grab him off waivers if Benjamin's injury is bad.
