Blake Bortles does enough to get win over Cleveland

Blake Bortles completed 17 of 30 passes for 154 yards and one touchdown in the Jaguars' 19-7 win over the Browns Sunday. He also lost one fumble and rushed four times for four yards.
Fantasy Impact:
The weather in Cleveland was an issue Sunday and Jacksonville leaned heavily on their favored formula of Leonard Fournette and defense to win. Bortles played efficiently enough to not lose the game for the Jaguars. He is best left on the waiver wire this season.
