Keelan Cole targeted six times against Browns

by Mark Leipold | Raiders Correspondent | Mon, Nov 20th 3:58pm EST

Keelan Cole caught three passes on six targets for 24 yards in the Jaguars' Week 11 win over the Browns.

Fantasy Impact:

Cole was actually running as the WR2 in this game, contrary to popular expectation that it was immediately Dede Westbrook's job. Cole played 58% of the offensive snaps to Westbrook's 45%. There were no game script concerns with the data, as the Jaguars led by a small margin most of the way, putting the game away late with a few turnovers. Cole tied Westbrook with six targets and three catches. Westbrook produced 35 yards, but also fumbled once (though the Jaguars recovered). It will be interesting to see how the WRs are used moving forward, given Westbrook's better pedigree but also the fumble. Neither Cole nor Westbook can be started yet, but Westbrook is by far the better stash and should be owned in all leagues, as his upside could win fantasy titles this year. S brief glimmer of hope for Dynasty players earlier this season, Cole can now safely be dropped if there is a higher upside option available.
