Sterling Shepard still dealing with lingering migraine

Fantasy Impact:
Shepard, who was inactive for last week's win over the Chiefs, is still sidelined with lingering symptoms of a migraine. As a result, his availability for Thursday's matchup against the Redskins remains uncertain. Trending toward a second straight inactive designation, I'd have a backup plan in place for Week 12. Roger Lewis will start if Shepard is indeed ruled out.
