Tyler Lockett fails to reel in lone target

by Derek Norton | Seahawks Correspondent | Mon, Nov 27th 7:06am EST

Tyler Lockett caught no passes on one target, rushed once for two yards, returned a kick for 26 yards and returned two punts for seven yards in Seattle's 24-13 win over the 49ers.

Fantasy Impact:

Lockett's target came in the end zone from 36 yards out, but the pass was defended by rookie Ahkello Witherspoon. Lockett was basically invisible other than an end-around in the second quarter. He has now failed to score in the last 12 games in which he was active and averaged 15.75 receiving yards per game in November. He's little more than a desperation play outside of leagues that count return yardage when the Seahawks host the Eagles on Sunday night.
