Fantasy Impact:
Jackson, who is on track to play in Sunday's tough road matchup against the Packers, should benefit from the highly-anticipated return of Jameis Winston. However, Tampa's offense never really took off this season and could also struggle again in Week 13. Jackson is a touchdown-dependent Flex option for the Week 13 matchup.
