NFL Network's Tom Pelissero is reporting Miami Dolphins RB Damien Williams (shoulder) is officially ruled out of Week 14. (Tom Pelissero on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Williams will miss his second straight game with a shoulder injury. In his absence, Kenyan Drake is in line to garner the lion's share of the RB touches in Sunday's plus matchup against the Patriots. Due to his recent success plus his anticipated opportunity share, Drake holds RB2 upside for Week 14.
