Fantasy Impact:
Surprisingly, Cooper will play in Sunday's uber favorable matchup against the Chiefs. Facing a defunct secondary now without Marcus Peters who is suspended for the Week 14 encounter, Cooper is viewed an upside WR3. However, since the Raiders passing attack has been erratic in 2017, Cooper is difficult to trust in a tight fantasy matchup. Employ him as an upside option if you're chasing points.
