Denver Broncos D/ST stays on track in Week 15

by Jason Silfies | Broncos Correspondent | Fri, Dec 15th 4:26am EST

The Denver Broncos D/ST stayed on track in their Week 15 victory against the Colts, holding them to 13 points. Denver was able to hold the Colts' running game to 70 yards and only allowed Jacoby Brissett to throw for 158 yards on the night. The Colts are known for giving up a bunch of sacks per game, so the surprising stat was that Denver's D/ST only managed one sack.

Fantasy Impact:

Denver's D/ST played well again on Thursday. The Broncos' run game helped keep their defense fresh the whole game by controlling the clock and consistently sustaining drives. The Broncos D/ST will face a tougher challenge next week against the Redskins. Until the sacks and turnovers increase Denver's D/ST remains a streaming option at best.
