Doug Martin INACTIVE for Week 15

ESPN's Adam Schefter is reporting Tampa Bay Buccaneers RB Doug Martin is officially inactive for Week 15. (Adam Schefter on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
After being benched in favor of Peyton Barber last week, Martin is a healthy scratch Monday night against the Falcons. For Barber, he has out-performed Martin every chance he's received this season. And Monday night's designation could spell the end of Martin's run in Tampa Bay. Barber is strong Flex/ DFS option facing a Falcons team that has scored a pair of touchdowns against last season. Side note -- Jameis Winston posts a 3-1 career record against the Falcons dating back to 2015.
