Pharoh Cooper has 30 yards in Week 17

Pharoh Cooper caught two of his four targets for 30 yards in Sunday's loss to the 49ers.
Fantasy Impact:
Like much of the Rams offense, Cooper was held in check all game, but that was to be expected as the Rams rested most of their starters. Cooper appears to be in a battle with Josh Reynolds for the number four receiver in the Ram offense, and there isn't a clear leader. Reynolds enjoyed production while Robert Woods was injured but Cooper has had his moments as well. Cooper will have severely limited upside in fantasy unless a few player ahead of him on the depth chart were to get hurt or leave this off season.
