Devontae Booker

Devonate Booker quiet in season finale

by Mark Leipold | Tue, Jan 2nd 9:37am EST

Devontae Booker recorded just three carries for 21 yards in the Broncos' Week 17 loss to the Chiefs. He caught his only target for 25 yards.

Fantasy Impact:

Booker's usage was lower than one might expect if a team is looking for what they have in the future. As with DeAngelo Henderson, it was a surprise to see that neither got more work in a meaningless game. This may not bode well for his 2018 value, but a lot can change in the offseason. If the Broncos enter 2018 with C.J. Anderson as their lead back, Booker will have little value. He will only be in the fantasy conversation as a handcuff unless he looks to be taking the lead role from Anderson.
