Chester Rogers catches two passes in Week 17

by Mark Leipold | Tue, Jan 2nd 9:40am EST

Chester Rogers caught two of his four targets for 39 yards in the Colts' Week 17 win over the Texans.

Fantasy Impact:

Rogers has been on a quiet (and slow) rise late in the season, but only because he started with basically no value. He hasn't done too much to impress, but may find himself in the #2 role behind T.Y. Hilton next season depending on the fate of Donte Moncrief. The WR2 role only has value if Andrew Luck returns as the QB of the Colts, which is not a sure thing. At this point. Rogers is just a name to store in the back of your mind, and he may become a late-round flier for 2018 drafts that could pay off. It's not the most likely outcome, but certainly not impossible.
