Davante Adams signed to a four-year contract extension

Davante Adams was signed by the Packers to a four-year $58 million dollar contract extension through 2021. The deal will also include an $18 million dollar signing bonus. He will now be the fourth highest paid wide receiver in the league. (Ian Rapoport via Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Adams was the best wide receiver on the Packers this season. He was able to create the most separation from defensive backs, locate deep balls and was a tremendous redzone target. He also showed that he can put up fantasy points no matter who is under center. It will be interesting to see if Jordy Nelson and Randall Cobb will be forced to restructure their deals now that Adams is the unquestioned number one option heading into 2018.
