Rishard Matthews quiet in Wild Card win

by Mark Leipold | Mon, Jan 8th 9:20am EST

Rishard Matthews caught only one pass on two targets for 15 yards in the Titans' Wild Card round win over the Chiefs.

Fantasy Impact:

The Titans offense left much to be desired in the passing game, at least from a fantasy perspective. Since one of Mariota's 19 completions and one of his two touchdowns were to himself, there wasn't much to go around. That being said, it's concerning that Matthews only saw two targets, which trailed Delanie Walker (8), Corey Davis (7), Eric Decker (5), and Jonnu Smith (4). Matthews should be used with caution next week if at all. It's possible that Walker and Decker are non-factors next year or not around, so that could bode well for Matthews. He could be a nice value in 2018 drafts.
