Blake Bortles undergoes surgery

ESPN's Adam Schefter is reporting Jacksonville Jaguars QB Blake Bortles (wrist) underwent a wrist surgery on Friday. (Adam Schefter on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Per Schefter, Borltes underwent a surgery to repair an injury to his right wrist which kept him lingering on the injury report for the duration of the 2017 season. And while the Jaguars and Borltes put off the surgery last offseason, they "knew it was needed now." While Bortles is under contract with the Jaguars until 2019 -- he is entering his walk year -- they team has yet to comment on his status as the team's starting quarterback for 2018. The Jacksonville quarterback situation could be one that is a mainstay throughout the offseason.
