Cody Kessler traded to Jaguars

ESPN's Adam Schefter is reporting the Cleveland Browns have traded QB Cody Kessler to the Jacksonville Jaguars for a conditional late-round draft pick in 2019. (Adam Schefter on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
After two seasons in Cleveland, Kessler is heading to the Jaguars to backup Blake Bortles. A third-round draft pick of the Sashi Brown era in 2016, Kessler was likely the odd man out in the wake of the Browns' acquisitions of Tyrod Taylor and Drew Stanton as well as the anticipation of them adding a notable signal-caller via the upcoming NFL Draft. Kessler is not a threat to Bortles' QB1 spot.
