Mason Rudolph heads to Steelers after trade with Seahawks

The Seattle Seahawks traded the 76th pick in the NFL Draft to the Pittsburgh Steelers, who selected Oklahoma State quarterback Mason Rudolph.

Fantasy Impact:

In the second round, the Steelers selected wide receiver James Washington. After trading up in the third round, they took his teammate and quarterback Mason Rudolph. While he might not play in his first year unless there is an injury to Ben Roethlisberger, he instantly becomes the heir-apparently to the 36-year-old signal caller. Some analysts have said that Rudolph throws the best deep ball of any of the quarterbacks in the draft, and it was not considered out of the question that he could sneak into the first round of the draft.
