Kenjon Barner rejoins the Carolina Panthers

Fantasy Impact:
Originally a sixth-round selection by Carolina in the 2013 NFL Draft, Barner, 28, spent the past three seasons with the Eagles, where he averaged 4.4 yards-per-carry and caught 19 passes in limited snaps. Barner, who also returns kicks, will replace Fozzy Whittaker as depth behind Christian McCaffrey and C.J. Anderson, but is well off the fantasy radar.
