The Cleveland Browns have come to terms with No. 35 overall pick Nick Chubb on a four-year deal. Cleveland has now signed seven of their nine draft picks, leaving first-rounders Baker Mayfield and Denzel Ward as the only members of the 2018 rookie class unsigned. (Browns via Twitter )
Fantasy Impact:
Chubb looked like a potential game-changer at Georgia before a knee injury in 2015. Still, Chubb bounced back well and had an excellent showing at the Combine. He'll compete with Carlos Hyde for first- and second-down carries but is a work in progress as a pass-catcher. Chubb is a top-five talent in rookie-only drafts and has a chance at shooting up the redraft rankings if he earns an immediate role in a crowded Cleveland backfield.
