Andrew Luck close to throwing football

When asked about the status of QB Andrew Luck's shoulder, Colts head coach Frank Reich said "I think we're real close (to throwing an actual NFL football.)" (Zak Keefer via Twitter )
Fantasy Impact:
Luck hasn't thrown a ball since Week 17 of the 2016 season, a game in which he threw for 321yards in a season-ending loss to Jacksonville. That occurred on January 1, 2017--well over 18 months ago. The Colts continue to be optimistic that their franchise signal-caller will be ready to open the season, but September 9 is rapidly approaching. Luck remains a risky fantasy selection, but one that comes with massive upside.
