Kevin White named standout of Bears' offseason

by Jody Smith | Fri, Jun 15th 3:59pm EDT

ESPN's NFL Nation writer Jeff Dickerson named wide receiver Kevin White as Chicago's surprise standout of the offseason. "White stayed healthy throughout Chicago's offseason program, where he looked better than expected running routes in coach Matt Nagy's West Coast offense," wrote Dickerson. "White still has to prove he can stay on the field for an entire season, but the Bears appear willing to give him one more chance." (ESPN )

Fantasy Impact:

We've read this all before, but the key for White has always been health, not performance. If White is and can remain healthy, he's got a chance to push rookie Anthony Miller for playing time as the club's No. 3 wideout. The club has already declined White's fifth-year option, so this is a make-or-break season for the former No. 7 overall pick. White's value is at it's lowest point, so now is the time to put out trade feelers in dynasty formats.
