James Washington 'has a chance to be better than Martavis Bryant'

Pittsburgh Post-Gazette writer Ron Cook observed Steelers' OTAs and minicamp practices and thinks that second-round rookie wide receiver James Washington "has a chance to be better than Bryant, certainly more dependable." Adding that he initially felt that the No. 60 overall pick would have been put to better use to reinforce Pittsburgh's defense, Cook has changed his tune, writing "Washington came in for offseason workouts and wowed team officials and practice observers." Fantasy Impact:

Many draft pundits had Washington, the 2017 Fred Biletnikoff Award winner as the nation's best wide receiver, as the best wideout of the 2018 draft class. The Steelers ran 731 snaps using a three-wide formation, the second-highest in the NFL last season. Washington is going to start from Day One and is a solid late-round pick in redraft leagues and worthy of first-round consideration in dynasty rookie-only drafts.
