Andrew Luck without pain and on track to start Week 1

by Jody Smith | Wed, Jun 27th 10:07pm EDT

Making an annual appearance as part of the Change the Play initiative, Colts QB Andrew Luck said he was without pain and will continue an offseason regiment of three days of throwing followed by one day off. Later this week, Luck is scheduled to meet with his receivers for throwing sessions and as long as Luck remains pain-free, "he’s on track to suit up Sept. 9 for the Colts’ opener against Cincinnati." Fantasy Impact:

Luck's progress is a stark contrast to last year and hearing he is throwing without pain is a great sign that the 28-year-old signal-caller will be primed and ready to return to fantasy prominence. A healthy Luck is a locked-in QB1 with top-5 upside and an excellent value at his current ADP, which will start creeping up as drafters read more positive developments about Luck's recovery.
