Demaryius Thomas positioned to bounce back

by Justin Mackey | Mon, Jul 2nd 12:51am EDT

ESPN has cited the additions of Courtland Sutton, DaeSean Hamilton, and Jake Butt to the Denver offense as factors that will draw some defensive attention away from Demaryius Thomas in the coming season. Mike Clay projects Thomas for a very nice 26 percent target share in 2018. (ESPN)

Fantasy Impact:

Thomas is set to rebound from a disappointing 2017 campaign. The signing of Case Keenum, drafting of Courtland Sutton and DaeSean Hamilton, and the return to health of Jake Butt and Emmanuel Sanders combine to provide big opportunity to the WR1 in Denver. Provided he starts the season healthy (ankle), Thomas should return WR1 value at a discounted draft price.
