Kenneth Dixon leaves practice with trainers

Fantasy Impact:
There has been no word on the nature or severity of Dixon's injury thus far. Dixon did not play in 2017 due to a torn meniscus in his knee. The Ravens will likely update his status after practice. He was expected to compete for a reserve role in the Baltimore backfield this season.
