Nathan Peterman

Nathan Peterman nearly perfect in preseason opener

by Mark Leipold | Saints Correspondent | Mon, Aug 13th 10:31am EDT

Nathan Peterman completed 9-of-10 pass attempts for 119 yards, one touchdown, and one interception in the Bills' preseason opener against the Carolina Panthers.

Fantasy Impact:

Peterman looks to be second on the depth chart at this point, and though he played very well, A.J. McCarron did nothing to lose his apparent hold on the starting job. Peterman's touchdown was a beautiful thrown down the sideline to Kelvin Benjamin, and his interception was deflected off the hands of his intended receiver. This is definitely not the same Nathan Peterman who imploded last year. Regardless, Peterman should still be avoided in all formats.
