Chad Kelly promoted to Denver's backup QB

The Broncos have promoted 2017 seventh-round QB Chad Kelly ahead of Paxton Lynch as the club's backup signal-caller. Kelly looked good in Denver's first preseason tilt, throwing for 177 yards and a pair of touchdowns. (Ian Rapoport via Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
The move may be just temporary but Kelly has outplayed Lynch throughout training camp. Lynch has thrown four touchdowns and four picks in five NFL games in two seasons.
