Fantasy Impact:

Collins had been on PUP since the start of training camp while he recovered from offseason foot surgery. It was his second surgery in four months to repair a fractured fifth metatarsal in his left foot. The Cowboys plan to take it slow with Collins but he is expected to be ready for Week 1. “He’s just progressing,” head coach Jason Garrett said Sunday. “He won’t be practicing in the next few days, but hopefully we’ll work him back here before the end of the preseason.” Collins started all 16 games in 2017, recording 22 tackles, 2.5 sacks, and two fumble recoveries.
