Cameron Meredith dealing with injury

NFL Network's Ian Rapoport is reporting New Orleans Saints WR Cameron Meredith (undisclosed) remains sidelined with an undisclosed injury. (Ian Rapoport on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Rapoport is adding that Meredith's current injury, which has sidelined him for several consecutive practices, plus, the Saints preseason opener, is not related to his surgically repaired knee. However, while his current ailment is unknown, so does its severity. I'd monitor Meredith's situation closely as he is beginning to creep up draft boards. If he's ultimately okay, he could be confidently employed as a WR3/ Flex play with WR2 upside. But if this is another longterm injury, the wide receiver position is so deep that it may not be work the risk to add him.
