Samaje Perine leaves game with ankle injury

Washington running back Samaje Perine was forced out of the Redskins' second preseason game of the year after just one carry. Perine injured his ankle after busting loose for a 30-yard gain off right tackle in the first quarter. (Manish Mehta via Twitter )
Fantasy Impact:
Rob Kelley took the start and was unimpressive before Perine sprinted for his big gainer. After losing Derrius Guice for the season last week, the Redskins are hurting for running back depth. The early prognosis of a sprained ankle would bring a sigh of relief to Washington.
