Jake Kumerow explodes for 114 yards, leaves with shoulder injury

by Brad Richter | Thu, Aug 16th 11:47pm EDT

Jake Kumerow led the Packers receivers on Thursday with three catches for 114 yards including an 82-yard TD reception. Kumerow left the game after landing on his shoulder when diving into the end zone for the score.

Fantasy Impact:

The third-year undrafted free agent out of Division III UW-Whitewater continues to be the talk of camp for the Packers. With another impressive performance on Thursday while other WRs (J'Mon Moore) struggle, he is increasing his chances to make the team. Hopefully, the shoulder injury does not keep him off the field. He doesn't have much fantasy appeal even if he makes the roster but could be worth a flier in dynasty leagues or very deep leagues.
