A.J. McCarron suffers broken collarbone against Browns

Vic Carucci is reporting that "Bills QB AJ McCarron suffered a hairline fracture of the collarbone in the first quarter of tonight's preseason game vs. Browns, The Buffalo News has learned." (Vic Carucci on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
While no timeline is yet announced, it's probably safe to assume that McCarron won't be starting Week 1. This pretty much squashes any fantasy football draft value he had, which was limited to 2QB leagues as is. Nathan Peterman has been running second this off-season, and seems like the best bet to start, but it's possible the Bills see this as an opportunity to let Josh Allen take the reins. We'll know more in the coming days.
