Maliek Collins on pace for Week 1

When asked about Maliek Collins’ health in a recent radio interview, Cowboys VP/Director of player personnel Stephen Jones stated "At the end of the day, we do feel really good about Maliek being ready to play in that first game.” Collins missed the early portion of training camp while recovering from offseason foot surgery. Fantasy Impact:
It’s great to hear optimism from the Cowboys on Collins’ availability for Week 1. Jones went on to say Collins may be on a “pitch count,” but “short of a set back,” he should be good to go. Collins started all 16 games in 2017, recording 22 tackles, 2.5 sacks, and two fumble recoveries.
