Kenneth Dixon expected to miss time

The Ravens haven't announced anything official regarding Kenneth Dixon's health status, but the expectation is that he'll miss some time due to his knee injury. (Jeff Zrebiec on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Dixon suffered the injury late in the team's win over the Bills. He's struggled with injuries throughout his three-year career, limiting his opportunities with the Ravens. He was used as a backup for Alex Collins in this one, and he did score a touchdown in Week 1.
