Jadaveon Clowney to play but not at full strength

Jadaveon Clowney was questionable for the Week 2 matchup with the Titans due to an elbow and back injury. Clowney will play but is not at 100 percent. (Ian Rapoport on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
The good news for Clowney, J.J. Watt, Whitney Mercilus and the rest of the Texans defense is the Titans are also shorthanded. The Texans are missing starting tackles Taylor Lewan and Jack Conklin and recently lost backup tackle Dennis Kelly to a virus.
