DeSean Jackson officially active for Week 2 matchup with Eagles

Tampa Bay wide receiver DeSean Jackson is officially active for the team's Week 2 matchup with the Philadelphia Eagles. Jackson suffered a concussion in Week 1 but cleared the concussion protocol late in the week. (Field Yates on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Despite the concussion, Jackson is good to go on Sunday for a matchup against his former team. Jackson usually plays well against the Eagles and is always a threat to take the top off of a defense. In Week 1, he caught all five of his targets for 146 yards and two touchdowns.
