DeSean Jackson goes off again

Buccaneers WR DeSean Jackson caught 4-of-4 targets for 129 yards and a touchdown in Week 2's win over the Eagles.
Fantasy Impact:
For the second straight game, Jackson managed to break off a huge touchdown, this time a 75 yarder. Catching all nine of his targets for 275 yards and three touchdowns through two games in 2018, Jackson, like QB Ryan Fitzpatrick, seemed to have found the fountain of youth. Jackson is an upside Flex play in Week 3 against a Steelers defense that can't cover anyone.
