Fred Warner takes a step back, but still plays well

49ers' rookie LB Fred Warner recorded eight solo tackles and two assisted tackles in their Week 2 matchup against the Detroit Lions.
Fantasy Impact:
Warner made a lot of plays, but it wasn't all roses against the Lions. Warner had a facemask penalty late in the second quarter that extended a drive and resulted in a field goal. He also missed two tackles in the hole, and had bad coverage on third down on the final drive of the game when Lions' RB Theo Riddick dropped the pass. Warner looked like a rookie today, but a talented one.
